With the support and participation of the District Fire Safety Committee (Kwun Tong District) and the FSD Community Emergency Responder Honorary Presidents’ Association (Kwun Tong District), the Kwun Tong Fire Station and Yau Tong Fire Station successfully completed the "Home Fire Safety Visit (Polite Scheme)" on 3.4.2025. During the event, residents of Wah Tong House in Yau Tong Estate and Hopewell House, Hip Wo Street were visited, distributing the "3-Treasures" (fire extinguishers, fire blankets and standalone fire detectors). Fire safety leaflets were also handed out to nearby residents to enhance awareness of home fire prevention and emergency preparedness. Additionally, in view of the No. 1 Fire Alarm that occurred on 19.2.2025 at Hopewell House, the Mobile Publicity Unit was deployed outside Hopewell House to display a hot strike video to raise the fire safety awareness among nearby residents.
