In view of a No. 1 fire incident that occurred in Villa Esplanada, Tsing Yi on 12 October 2025, the Fire Services Department, together with District Councilor and the Caring Team, conducted a fire safety publicity at the estate. Leaflets were distributed and played fire prevention videos to nearby residents to enhance public awareness of fire safety.  Subsequently, represenattives from the Villa Esplanada Owner's Corporation and the management office visited the Tsing Yi Fire Station to exchange fire safety information and express their gratitude for the professionalism of the FS members.
