"Kwai Tsing District Emergency Preparedness Carnival 2025", organized by the Fire Services Department, co-organized by the Fire Services Department Community Emergency Responder Honorary Presidents' Association (Kwai Tsing District), and sponsored by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, was successfully concluded on May 1, 2025, at Kwai Chung Sports Ground.

Centered around the theme of "Three Key Skills in Emergency Preparedness", the carnival promoted disaster prevention and emergency response awareness to the public through various activities, including fire and rescue drills, displays of fire and ambulance vehicles, specialized team demonstrations, exhibitions, and booth games. The event highlighted three main themes: "Extinguish and Prevent Fire," "Escape and Evacuate," and "Self-help and Help Others".
