On 24.4.2026, the Tsing Yi Fire Station, together with Kwai Tsing District Council members and Fire Prevention Committee members, carried out the Fire Services Department “Old Friends” Home Visit Scheme at Tsing Yi Cheung Ching Estate. On that day, 14 households were visited, with assistance provided in installing standalone smoke detectors and inspecting home fire safety. Fire personnel also promoted fire response knowledge to residents, raising awareness of fire prevention and reducing potential fire risks.
